  A Little About Me….

 My name is Gray and I am  a second semester senior at The University of Mary Washington. I am a sociology major and have enjoyed just about every minute of it. I  am graduating this semester and I just got a job as a Research Analyst for a company called A-T Solutions. I am very excited about a new start in my life.

I am excited to use this blog in order to help others understand the importance of sociological theory and the knowledge it has to offer. I think it is important that those of us who are sociologists are familiar with major classical theorist and the important concepts that they brought about!  I chose to put a flower on each one of my pages in order to represent life and happiness because I know that sometimes as Sociologists, we spend most of our time focusing on depressing and troubling issues, which can be tough! Each of these flowers can represent life and the great possibility of growth and progression, just as our society has the ability to grow and progress!
